Career Transition Program
Morton Philips Career Transition Program is a detailed service aimed at providing participants with the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to make a career change. It has been designed to empower participants in the career transition process and to make considered choices after conducting an in-depth review of their career and life in perspective.
The point of differentiation for the Morton Philips Career Transition Program is that it provides participants with the opportunity to consider the wider recruitment market and the broader career options that are available to them, it will also equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to pursue and achieve these options. We have designed the curriculum in such a way so as to engage with individuals at each stage of their career transition process, to encourage ownership and involvement, and ultimately, success in the transition.
The program is made up of five modules which are designed to provide participants with the full breadth and depth of knowledge and skills they need to make a career transition. The Career Transition Program is conducted on an individual basis and includes separate meetings to cover all elements of the program. Each person progresses at different speeds, so our program is not limited to a set number of sessions.
The program is tailored to suit the individual's needs and we spend the time required to improve participant’s skills and knowledge until they are ready to make the transition.
Our Career Transition Program can return the following benefits:
- One-on-one sessions with our consultants
- Counselling and support on the change process
- Objective and constructive feedback
- Coaching and guidance on career transition and progression
- Independent and objective perspective on strengths and weaknesses
- Putting theory into practice – what works and what doesn’t
- Role play exercises to encourage experiential learning
- Access to the Morton Philips Talent Community and client network
