We are currently partnering with the City of Burnside, to recruit its next Chief Executive Officer. Partnering closely with the Mayor and selection committee, we have formulated a specific campaign, which will allow our team to present the best and most appropriate shortlist, for first round interviews. This campaign includes our Executive Search Methodology where our Head of Research, Rachel Farrell is leading our headhunting approach, through which we find, reach out to and engage with passive candidates who have the skills and experiences necessary for the opportunity. Creating extensive, strategic market maps and formulating a list of suitable and sometimes left-field professionals to approach are Rachel's strengths.

Running alongside of our Executive Search approach will be a strategic and targeted advertising campaign using traditional media including the Australian Financial Review, The Advertiser, Australian Local Government Jobs Directory, Seek and LinkedIn.

Our consulting team for this role is made up of Phil Morton (MD) and Katherine Myers-Scott, (Associate Director) who will also draw on their extensive experience and networks for recommendations and referrals. Our team has created an Executive Briefing Document providing candidates with an understanding of The City of Burnside, including the position description for the role.

With regular communication throughout with the selection panel, Morton Phillips will present a shortlist recommendation report and profile information. The panel will agree on the candidates to progress through to first round interview, which will be arranged in strictest confidence by Morton Philips. We will who will then manage second round interviews, undertake reference checking, background and qualification checks, psychometric testing, while managing the offer to the preferred candidate.
