This year we have conducted multiple remuneration benchmarking assignments for clients. Our team engages in deep research/market mapping to ensure all remuneration and recommendations made to our clients are based on solid, comparable and relevant data. Additional areas of reviews undertaken include position descriptions, direct report numbers, current remuneration, reward information and organisational structures - showing reporting relationships and relativities. As an independent organisation with a fantastic network, we have access to information and individuals that our clients don't - sometimes for competition, political or time reasons.
Primarily working directly with the Board and/or Senior Leadership Team, our reports are considered amongst the most comprehensive and informative in the industry, with supporting data to enable company executives to make informed and timely decisions or make recommendations to their Boards. We determine the competitiveness of clients' salary packages against similar positions in the industry and local marketplace and take into account the current level of responsibility and skills required and other relevant information supplied as part of our evaluation. When undertaking a renumeration review we work with our clients/partners to understand and compare positions which have recently included - Chief Executive Officer, Head of People & Culture, Head of Technology, Head of Marketing and Financial Controller.
