For nearly 10 years, our Director Research, Rachel Farrell has partnered with our consultants and clients to present shortlists of the highest calibre. Rachel takes the lead on assignments, using software tools, her extensive network and market intelligence to identify and headhunt passive candidates who meet client's requirements in terms of skills, experience, cultural alignment and qualifications for each role.
She confidentially approaches candidates to present each opportunity, opening dialogue with passive talent, respectfully enabling them to become confirmed and motivated applicants.
