Nicola brings a tremendously diverse and dynamic skill set to her role at Morton Philips.

She began her career in hospitality with some of South Australia's iconic wineries in McLaren Vale venturing into finance and later contributed her expertise to the offices of senior South Australian politicians.

As an administration dynamo, Nicola excels in communications, marketing, community engagement, social media and office management. Her proactive approach ensures seamless support to the Morton Philips team with exceptional client engagement and timely updates for candidates through our Executive Search assignments.

With a passion for the environment, sustainable living and fashion she has garnered her entrepreneurial nature to start Fruity Mess Boutique where she brings her handmade, upcycled and size-inclusive fashion pieces to life with regular appearances at local markets around South Australia.

Dedicated to our community, Nicola actively volunteers to support various causes and initiatives, showcasing her commitment to making a positive impact.
